Face / Texture / Lightroom - Can it be done?

Texture Question - Can it be done in Lightroom?

Hi All...

Is there a way in Lightroom to set "Texture" that can be brushed? ON MAC, Lightroom Classic. It would really shorten my workflow

After, I fix blemishes, even after extensive makeup, I have to remove the texture at times.

If this can't be done in Lightroom. Can anyone recommend any Photoshop tutorials that are simple to follow to learn how to store and use multiple textures for skin?

Or can you explain here?

Also, is it possible to copy a texture from a part of the photograph and then brush it on another without changing the color?

The example I've posted is a prime example. The makeup artists at times cause the face and parts of the neck to also be completely off-color of the surrounding arm and back as you can see here.

Thank you very much.
