Re: Back to the future - I share some of my old friends too

To add the other half for those who recently discover the marvel of stereoscopic photography. The mounting of two images, from film like Velvia or Ektachrome is fairly easy. And the cutters and mounts are out there.. nothing beats a color photo in a hand viewer. But that is only from my 60 years playing with this wonderful photo imaging. I can free view both parallel and cross, and I have anaglyph glasses.

Once you have seen a well exposed and properly mounted slide in a Realist black red button one is hooked.. of course, the old Holmes prints are not bad, but Realist did it big time... Here are a few of the mounting items I still have, And , if motivated, will employ....And by the way, not costly as a hobby...True. Ask Dr T, he knows

Stereo Realist film cameras still usable and viewing in slide viewers is very nice... just a reminder of what is still viable and readily available...FILM and slide viewing and mounting is easy. I found.

Hi, having a sort out and came across an old friend that has been gathering dust.

I think I just need to source some batteries and should be good to go, but any tips, suggestions from anyone who has used /owns one is appreciated.

Stubled across this article - https://www.outsidetheshot.com/nimslo-3d-camera/ which has some additional info, but like the article says no lenticular lab printing services, and a google search throws up very little in the way of printing services in the E.U for trying out a roll off film, unless I want a short batch run of each or an image to fit the side of a bus.

Dpreview has a feature on a 2010 Fuji 3d printer - https://www.dpreview.com/articles/2090735591/fuji3dprinter but no further info can be found for a stockist.

Here is a pictue if anyone is interested.
