What isn't dropped in the M7?

, incase you haven't noticed, the features from Mki to Mkvii have changed, because they ae a range of cameras suited to different things. the Mkii for example, with the EVF from the Rx1 is perfect for daylight, it doesn't suffer from crushed blacks like the iv which suites night photography. The va has an upgraded is, video and above all AF, but the models suit applications and pockets. There is no perfect 1" sensored camera for all applications.

Nor any other fixed lens camera.

Idiots assume the latest is automatically better than it's predicessor. Blatently untrue in daylight with a iv+ Rx100 with it's over sensitive backlit sensor, compared to the m1,2,3.

How can a sensor be oversensitive?  Or backlit?  The M4 got the stacked sensor, which has continued in later models, with PDAF added from the M5.

What does that image tell us?
