Help with FlashPoint and Sony, off camera

Hi folks!

I have a Sony A7 Mark III and just purchased a Flashpoint Zoom Li-on X R2 TTL For Sony and a Flashpoint R2 Pro MarkII 2.4GHz Transmitter for Sony. I could use some advise on getting good exposure with the flash off camera. Some test shots below.

With the flash on the camera, in P mode with auto-ISO, the camera annoyingly uses ISO 2000.

Flash on camera, P mode, auto-ISO

I can get decent lighting and image quality with the flash attached to the camera, if I force the ISO to 100 in P mode:

Flash on camera, P mode, ISO forced to 100.

Here are the settings on the flash:

Putting the camera into S mode and forcing a shutter speed of 1/250, I still get nice exposure at ISO 100, though the live view is rather dark:

Flash on camera, S mode, shutter speed 1/250, ISO forced to 100.

However, when I take the flash off camera, I get under exposure, even if I drop the shutter speed to 1/125:

Flash off camera, S mode, shutter speed 1/125, ISO forced to 100.

And about the same histograms at 1/400 (histograms shift even more left at 1/800):

Flash off camera, S mode, shutter speed 1/400, ISO forced to 100.

Here are the settings on the flash:

And on the trigger:

Here is the position of camera and flash:

Any advice on how to get better exposure with this off-camera setup?

Note that I have silent shooting OFF and e-front curtain shutter OFF.

Thanks!

Nick
