Re: One worrisome number (let's temper it)

The White House projected the U.S. could face 100,000 to 240,000 deaths from the coronavirus pandemic.

This may sound quite horrifying until you have a look at a normal year as below since due to a quirk of life, we all die from something be it old age, heart problems, cancer, respiratory problems, diabetes or any other number of conditions which may be exacerbated by Covid-19 . I would not however put a DNR on my chest unless I had an extremely bad prognosis for life as it's too valuable.

"According to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there were 2,813,503 registered deaths in the United States in 2017."

Currently finished 14 days self-isolation with my wife, now being advised that I will only have to work two days a week and my wife three days a week with full pay!

Stay safe and be careful out there (if you are out.)
