What step size do I need for enough DOF to generate good stacks.

I think minimum step size using Helicon Remote is .01 mm. Is that small enough for this lens combo?

A 10X objective with an NA of 0.25 = a step size of 9 micrometers (0.009 mm), according to the WeMacro chart. So I think you will be close!

I prefer to use a step size 1/2 that recommended just to be sure.

Thanks, good to know.
