Spring daffodils have been photographed millions of times. I'm trying to figure out how to make a compelling image of a mature subject. I would appreciate feedback on which of these you like better or if you don't care for either and why.

Thanks

Hey, Hoka.  My biggest issue with the image is the flower behind your subject, it makes it appear on first glance as if your subject is out of focus; it robs that beautiful color from really popping against the green.  Other than that I'd echo the notion that your subject is a little too small within the frame.
