Lens for Plane spotting

Currently, I use Canon 55-250mm STM with Canon 70D for Plane/ aircraft spotting. I want to upgrade in order to cure my GAS and get sharper photos with better contrast. Most of my recent rejection was for poor contrast. I had Sun at my back but still, screener wanted more contrast of it.

So I have short-listed some lens such as Canon 100-400mm II, Sigma 100-400 Contemporary, Sigma 150-600mm. I already have Sigma 18-35mm 1.8 with Sigma dock, which is an excellent lens but on the other side of focal range.

Which lens you could suggest, I am a noob when it comes to Lens.
