Before I got my Z6, I used for four years a Sony A7II for my manual lenses from Nikon and others. Haven't checked the used prices lately, but it's should be the cheapest FX camera with internal stabilization at the moment. Or you may get a used D600, if you want to stay with a DSLR. I personally keep my D700 as my last DSLR, but manual lenses are more fun with a mirrorless camera with IBIS and an EVF.
