I have the Canon Electronic Viewfinder EVF-DC2. My problem is when attached, I cannot move the focus points around. I tried using the scroll wheel, but every time I press it, the options to change the settings appear in my viewfinder. Touch and drag also does not work. The only thing that does work is focusing and recomposing. Any help would be appreciated.

The M6 doesn’t do touch and drag. You can adjust the focus point by taking the camera away from your face and doing It on the lcd, or by pressing the button with a cross on it and then using the arrow keys. This is one of the things the M5 and M6ii do better.
Be interested in this. I have the same setup. I couldn't find anything in the menu. All I can think to do is set the eye sensor on, take camera away from viewfinder, set focus point on touch screen and bring back up to eye. Not the best, but the best I can come up with.

go to page 214 in the manual! You did look at the manual, which has a whole section on "Touch & Drag"?

Why bother reading a manual when you can ask a question here and have an answer within a few hours ?

I cannot find anything in the manual including page 214.
I apologise. It was meant as a tongue in cheek remark but it appears that the M6 doesn't do touch and drag as another poster has pointed out.

Thank you. It works!

That's not a very nice thing to say. I had the same issue with this camera, and like the poster, didn't realize that the M6 doesn't actually have this ability, so how could we have found this in the manual?

I made that remark in jest a long time ago and duly apologised at once for any unintended offence . I made a mistake in March 2020 and you come here to have a pop at me in July 2021 and accuse me of not being nice ?
