Advice on an Inexpensive Home Macro/Still Life Setup

Hello! Given the boredom of social distancing in a studio apartment, I'd like to scratch that macro photography itch by taking pictures of fruit, flowers, and common household objects.

I currently own a Sony A6400 (APSC; 1.5x crop factor). I have ordered the 7artisans 60mm F2.8 APS-C Macro Lens (1:1. $160) and would like advice on the rest of the setup.

Things that come to mind:

  • A table lamp to provide lighting (w/diffuser?) (This? But no diffuser. )
  • Simple reflector (this?)
  • Flexible arm to hold objects (?)
  • A small backdrop or display stand (?)
  • Perhaps an LED ring light?

Ideally I wouldn't want to spend much now in case my interest in this medium fails to catch fire.  Advice heartily appreciated.
