I know a ton of people are going to suggest micro four thirds, and it's a very viable option. Fuji is also a great system. An xt3 and 18-55 would likely match the quality of your 17-55. I have used both systems extensively. When I was forced to sell my Fuji system last year for financial reasons, I had a chance to really look at my needs. I settled on a Canon M50. If I were you, I would get an m50 or 6ii, 11-22, 32 (or 22 for ultra portable) 55-200. Grab the cheap adapter for ef to ef-m and you can still use your current lend if you really want to. It's a very good, portable system. Especially for City and landscapes, the 11-22 is very good and very small. The system will also be as small or smaller than a micro four thirds or Fuji system and likely less expensive.
