Fuji's are lovely. I used an X-t20 and X-t3 for a significant period of time. I would not choose an X-t20 over a gx85 for video. The video is fine, but the Gx85 is better and crucially, the X-t20 has no stabilization except in the lens, while the gx85 has in body stabilization. Also, you are correct, Fuji is significantly more expensive as a system for very little image improvement for stills, and virtually no improvement for video over a panasonic, except in very low light. You might find an X-t20 and 16-50 kit lens for less than $500, but I don't know the cost of used gear in Europe. I would not suggest anything below an X-t20 or X-e3 for video. Fuji made significant leaps in video and aufto focus from the X-t10 X-E2s to the X-t20 and Xe3.
