Re: Sad Used Prices for EM-1 first edition

I recently replaced a 12 year old Jeep with 2015 Mercedes, The Mercedes does not have all the features of a new one, but it's still a very nice car and quite an upgrade for me,  and it cost less than half of what it sold for new

The original EM-1 was and remains a fine camera. It's been superseded by the Mark II and now the III, which both  have much more sophisticated feature sets, such that the Mark I has lost resale value. But for me that does not change its value as a useful camera, in fact I see it as an opportunity.

I'll feel the same way when I get a "bargain" on the Mark II
