Wedding photographers, does it make sense to have both an 85mm and a 70-200?

Sony a6400 and a73 user.

Initially I had my eyes on the 70-200 gmaster; however, it doesnt appear I'd be able to save enough to make the purchase, at the same time, I am interested in seeing what the Tamron 70-180 has to offer. So just to satisfy my itch, I was looking into the Samyang 85mm f1.4 or the Sony 85mm f1.8. I am currently shooting portraiture and small events such as baptism's, graduations, and family events. However I am gearing to becoming a wedding photographer. There are a few youtubers like Taylor Jackson who shoots weddings with a 35 and an 85mm for the most part. But I understand he is just one of many.

Anyways, I want to hear your thoughts, is it a waste of money to purchase an 85, or shall I just stay put and wait and save.
