Advice for printing

As I am delving more into photography (such an amazing form of art isn’t it?) I arrived at this juncture where I would like to print a few pictures. My desire is to outsource this for now as I don’t own a printer able to handle such a load. I have a few questions:

1. What are some good businesses (quality & price) where I can send my pics for printing

2. What are the advantages/disadvantages for printing on paper, metal, canvas, glass? What’s your favorite and why?
3. How do I need to configure (setting/things to click on and enable/disable) in Lightroom/Photoshop when I send the photo to the printing business?

4. Moving forward, if I want to acquire a printer what are some recommendations?

5. What are the most suitable sizes for savings pics for printing for best resolution/quality when printing (sending for printing).

Any other thing I forgot to ask, please share with me,

Appreciate it,

I am using Nikon Z6 and my wife has the Z50
