Looking for a long FL solution for my XH1...Any ideas?

I was using the Fringer Pro 1 and this Canon EF 70-300 IS ii USM lens on my X-H1 for some time. It will yield an effective 105-450mm field of view, and is much cheaper than the Fuji's 100-400mm. In Single AF mode it seemed to perform well enough; maybe not quite as a fast as a native lens, but still good enough for my use. In continuous AF there was some hunting. Sharpness and overall lens performance were ok; it seemed to be a decent lens for its price. I found that the lens IS performed better at the longer focal lengths than the X-H1's IBIS. The two systems can be on at the same time but they do not synchronize; best to choose one or the other.
Eventually I traded it in for Fuji's 55-200mm, as I wanted to move back to lighter lenses. The only Canon lens I have left is the 10-18mm, which I don't use much, so I may in fact look at selling the lens and adapter. Hopefully other will chime in; there are lots of options with the Sigma and Tamron lenses too.
