X100T in 2020.

Hi!

I'm using the X-H1 as my work camera and was waiting for the X100V as my everyday camera. I was hoping it would be released in mid februari since we are having a baby in late februari. Due to a late release I hade to look for something else to document the birth. Last week i had the chance to buy a really cheap X100T so i got it.

DAMN! It's a great little camera. It's sharp, snappy in good light, not that bad in low light. The raw files looks great up to ISO 6400 (I only shoot B&W).

The cons:

No physical ISO dial. The LCD and EVF are not that great but I only use the OVF anyways so that's not a problem for me. The old menu system is really outdated. The button layout.

It's actually that good that I won't buy the X100V.

It's so easy to fool yourself to believe that you need the latest gear all the time. I understand that videographers need to keep up with 4k, 6K, 8K 100K and so on. But for stills they got it right a long time ago.
