You should phrase the question more precisely. Do you want to know the noise of a single pixel or do you want to know the noise in an image you print at a certain size?
The noise of a single pixel depends on pixel size and you would see that effect in a comparison if you view both pictures at 100%.

The noise in two images printed at the same size is identical no matter what the pixel size was. The image with more resolution would have more detail if the print can resolve it.

In my opinion one should never compare images in 100% view because this enlarges the image with higher resolution more. You should upscale the lower resolution for a fair comparison.
