Seems Like R5 Electronic Shutter Would Readout at 1/30th of a Second

The Canon Rumors specs for the R5 lists full sensor 8K at 30fps. This would indicate the electronic shutter of the R5 is only capable of 1/30th of a second readout speed at full sensor resolution.

If we look at the Canon 1DX iii video specs, it does full sensor 5.5K at 60fps and it is known that it's electronic shutter readout is only 1/60th of a second that matches the frame rate.

Neither 1/30th or 1/60th of a sec electronic shutter readout is good enough to stop rolling shutter artifacts for sports.

Am I right or wrong?
