Nikon D750 or Canon 6DM2 for a mirrorless shooter?

I posted this on the Nikon FX forum but it didn't get many replies:

Basically, I'm a Sony & Canon APS-C still portrait shooter that wants to move to full frame DSLR because of wide lens selection, ergonomics and lower cost.

My only concerns are the AF as I have been spoiled by Face Detect and Sony autofocus.

My choices are the Nikon D750 and Canon 6DM2. I like both cameras, but I prefer the Nikon for the DR, and Canon for the flip screen. Third option would be a Canon RP, would size benefit would be negated due to the adapter for EF lenses.

I only want a fast standard zoom lens at this time, a 24-70 f2.8 or a 28-75 f2.8 which both systems have.

I will not be shooting a lot of video, but both cameras will be more than capable considering what I shoot.

Before anyone asks, I am considering DSLR FF instead of MILC FF because:

(Sony FE) because I dislike Sony ergonomics, and their lenses are out of my budget.

(Nikon Z) because their bodies and lenses are out of my budget.

(Canon RF) because their lenses are huge while their bodies are small.

Which camera do you think I should get? Should I go for DR or a fully articulated screen for the high/low shots in portrait orientation?
