Medical Video/Photo Equipment

Hi,

My organisation (a medical charity) wants to invest in some photo/video equipment for our education projects, and I've been tasked with coming up with the shopping list, as I'll be the primary operator. The resources will primarily be available to participants who register on our short courses, so will be mainly be demonstrations of medical procedures and things like that.

I'm not a professional photographer/videographer, but not completely inexperienced. I'm the Digital Learning Coordinator, so my job is basically to be the jack-of-all-trades.

After doing a bit of research, based on price, video capability etc. I'm leaning towards recommending either the Sony a6400 or the Fujifilm X-T20. Would these be reasonable choices?

Furthermore, what size/type lens would be best for this kind of work?

Any/all help is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!

Fujifilm X-T20
