Bald Eagle in flight burst at 900mm (crop mode) with A7R IV

For those who like BIFs, the Sony A7R IV is certainly very capable.

These are the 4 middle images of a 6 shot burst with the Sigma 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 Sport (with MC-11) taken early this morning over the Hudson River at Croton Point. EXIF: 1/2000th, f/6.3, ISO 320. The camera was set to CAF and Tracking: Center with movement from right to left. The four time of flight images were composited into one image in Photoshop. The original is 18000x4500 pixels and has been downsized for posting here:

The Dynamics of Flight: A Male Adult Bald Eagle hunts the Hudson River over 3/4 of a second at Croton Point

The larger image will be posted to my website later today or tomorrow and I'll post a link then.

Comments or questions are always welcome.
