Benro or Manfrotto Tripod

I’m looking for a new tripod, I have a Nikon d750 heaviest lens I currently have is a 70-200, id like to add a 150-600.  The two tripods I’m looking at is the Benro TAD28CB2 and Manfrotto MT055CXPRO3 with 494. Ball Head with 200 PL-PRO.  Someone had suggested the Manfrotto BeFree Advanced Aluminum.  I prefer flip locks over twist lock legs.  The only issue I have is with the Manfrotto plate, I’d have to change it to an Arca Swiss.  I have a 3LT arca L Bracket.  Unless I bought a Manfrotto style L Bracket.  I would probably buy an off brand Manfrotto style L Bracket.  I shoot landscapes, travel, city scenes and some wildlife.
Any thoughts, recommendations or advice?  I like to keep my budget around $400   Thank you

Nikon D750
