A6600 vs A6500 vs A6000: Difference in terms of color science for raw?
2

Hi. I understand A6600/A6400 has improved color science compared to A6500, but I'm wondering if this applies to JPEG only or to RAW as well. Is there a difference in terms of color science for raw files among these cameras? If so, how noticeable is it? I'm considering upgrading from A6000 due to lack of IBIS, and am wondering whether I should go with A6500 or A6600 (I almost never shoot video).

Also, I heard A6500 has better low-light performance for high ISO (>3200) than A6000. How do these three cameras compare in terms of image quality in ISO between, say, 1600 and 8000? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
