X-E3 opinions also welcome.

I am right-eyed.

The EVF on the Pro3 is significantly better than the Pro2. In other words it is actually usable.

I just find this sort of casual hyperbole so irritating.

Good for you and why should I care?  However, with the Pro2 the overlay in the OVF of settings was useless until Fuji released F/W to enlarge them. Fuji must have recognized it was worthless or else they would not have introduced the oversized overlay, now would they?  With the Pro3, the overlay works fine without enlarging. Some things in the Pro2 overlay of the OVF that you might as well forget was the histogram. I is actually useful in the Pro3.

I don't use the EVF much.  I tried it in the Pro2 once and never again.  It was basically worthless.  I'm not a fan of an EVF to start with, but compared to the H1 (which is he same as the T3) - the Pro2 was absolutely worthless for my use.  The Pro3 is actually usable and in a pinch I can slap my 90 on and flip to the EVF and actually have a kit to use when I don't have my H1 with me although I would not go our on purpose to use the EVF on the Pro3.

If I wanted to use an EVF, the Pro2 is not a camera I would buy.  I only bought the Pro2 because of the OVF.  Of course that is my personal opinion but it is also my  money that comes out of my billfold.

There is nothing wrong with the EVF on the X-Pro2, it is perfectly “useable”. Yes it’s a little smaller than some, and it’s LCD rather OLED so a little less contrasty etc, and I don’t doubt for a second that the XP3’s EVF is significantly better (although I’m not so sure about the OVF) - but to suggest that the X-Pro2’s EVF isn’t useable is just plain rot and really helps nobody. Other than Fuji salesmen, of course.
