Double male step down ring to reverse a Helios 44?

Hi, folks,

I recently purchased a Helios 44 (M), which I'd really like to reverse so I can use it on flowers and such for an impressionistic image.

Does anyone know of a double-male step-down ring, having a (male) 52mm filter thread and a (male) 42mm camera mount thread on the other side?  Maybe I'm not searching correctly on line but can't seem to find one anywhere.  I'm sure it's not mass-produced :), but was hoping to find one somewhere.

There might be a way to combine two step-down and -up rings but I haven't looked into that yet.  It wouldn't matter if this arrangement extended the lens away from the a7 body, as I would be using it as a sort of macro anyway.

The only other option is to disassemble the lens and reverse the optics.  Something I'm not in a hurry to do, although I have fixed lenses before.

Suggestions?  And thanks in advance!
