Transition from PP to Davinci Resolve

After playing around with learning Davinci for a while, I've found that Davinci is a viable tool. If it doesn't replace Premeire Pro (I am not ready to cross that line yet), it is definitely an asset to add to the arsenals.

The biggest frustration is difference in interface and not familiar with what is where. The familiar keystroke in PP doesn't always work in Davinci. And the different in concept of the software design also added to the problem.

I came up with a solution which would make the transition a lot easier and I wonder why I didn't think of it in the first place.

I sat down in front of Premiere Pro and went through the keystroke, shortcuts and menu I commonly use and write it down on a spread sheet. Then I went to Davinci to find out how it is done. I had to google youTube to get some instruction. Now I have the spreadsheet printed in front of me when I edit my project in Davinci. I may still have to look it up, but it is a lot faster.

That's the difference, and that is making it fun in Davinci.

Here's what I come up with.
