24-70 f4 vs apsc f2.8 lenses?

Hello

I have not the choice for now but to take a used 24-70 f4 as it's the only actual choice in my country, the huge economic crisis stopped Nikon Lebanon to bring new lenses. I would switch later during a travel the 24-70 with a 35 f1. 8

But for now I will have to do with the 24-70 f4

I understand that f4 lens in FF is equivalent to f2. 8 apsc in terms of bokeh but what about light?

Fuji camera ISO are a bit darker than Nikon ones, meaning Iso 3200 with fuji = iso 2500 with the Z6. Knowing that and that the Z6 can have 2x more high iso with the same level of noise, it means I can get low light shots with this f4 lens with good quality?

X-t3 with a f2.8 lens with iso 3200 SS 1/60 = Z6 f4, iso 6400 SS 1/80? In terms of noise and exposure?
