D780 has wrong date and time on each image?

Ok, I'm old and fully capable of messing up but this one has me stumped!  I set the time on my new D780 as New York time (-5)  and the correct local time.  This morning around 10:06 am I took a number of images.  When I do a FILE INFO on a picture here is what i see:

2020-02-14 22:06:35.6 -04.00      I should see 2020-02-15 10:06:35.6 -05.00

So, it thinks that it is yesterday, the time zone is off by one and the time is military time.

It is also off by an additional 12 hours!  Should be 10:06 and it is showing 22:06.

This is probably something simple but I can't see it...

Anyone able to set me straight???
