Infinity focusing M42 adapters on Nikon F

Just picked up a FocusFoto (that's the name Amazon has it under, anyway) to try some of my M42 lenses and adapters on some of my F mount cameras. I was surprised and pleased to see that is came with a Nikon end cap. It's got a good sized piece of "optical glass" that should be good for decently fast lenses, but it doesn't look coated... seems like a pretty reflective (and fairly flat) surface, so it might lead to some sensor reflection.

Anyone have any experience with these? It did seem to focus to infinity well enough.
