This comment, above, is a possibility.  Since the pixels move around and are not consistent, it could be true hot pixels from an overheated sensor....   it could be a faulty memory card.  I'd start with troubleshooting the easiest things so, if you have an extra memory card, I'd start there.  Admittedly, I've never seen a memory card error that is anything less than a partial one pixel wide line but I suppose a less severe issue could be pixel by pixel.

It will be interesting to hear what the problem is.
