Waterfall exposure time ???

I’m going to a spot tomorrow that has some water falls and without a lot of trial and error what is the ideal exposure time , I have two filters with me too slow things down one is I believe a 9 stop Hoya nd400 which is the one I believe I need to use and a  fire rest 16 stop which I think is too long of an exposure unless it’s in a really ,really bright area , s

sorry bout the newb question 😁 just trying to save time on figuring things out, I have a long exposure calculator app on my phone but just wondering how many seconds is ideal for them milky shots
