The Fuji XA has no viewfinder and is still not smaller than a GM 1 without viewfinder, or the GM5 or GX85 which do have viewfinders.

Sigh... they are indeed smaller. But my LX5 is much smaller with more zoom!

Much smaller, really?

LX5 110mm wide, 65mm tall, 271g

GM1 99mm wide, 55mm tall, 204g

The GM1 with the 14mm lens attached it is still lighter with only 259g!

The only dimension where the LX5 wins is thickness. The LX5 is 43mm thick. The GM1 body is 30mm thick, with the 14mm attached it is 50mm thick. That is with a real lens with respectable IQ, to make it a fair comparison.

If we attach one of the two bodycap lenses.... believe it or not the GM1 wins in thickness too, by a respectable 4mm. It is smaller in all dimensions, and lighter too.

The GM1 is really small! You got to hold one in your own hand to appreciate how small, pictures are deceiving. When you do, you will marvel at this jewel.

And keep in mind, the LX5 is stuck with the one zoom lens it comes glued with. The GM1 can take ANY of the 50 or so m43 lenses there are. Plus adapted lenses, plus the old 4/3 lenses! It's a true ILC.
