Give us a smaller, weather sealed, feature rich body ffs!

I think that would describe the Olympus EM5 series. I had the EM5.2 and while it was feature rich, I also found the control surfaces to be too crowded. I think Panasonic realized this which is why the Gnn bodies have grown a bit to improve ergonomics while the GXnn bodies continue to have a reduced control set. Using the touchscreen to take up some of the slack via soft func buttons and the Quick Menu helps.

I'd like to see the 12-32 updated to include a manual focus ring and a new version of the 20/1.7 pancake with fast, silent AF. As well, we're still missing a small, fast-ish, superwide AF prime (somewhere around 7-9mm at f/1.7-2.8). Such a lens might entice me to sell my 8-18.

The E-M5 is close, but crucially not a rangefinder. I find the ergonomics on the GX8 to be excellent. Okay, the Display button placement is annoying and the Exposure Compensation wheel could be better executed, but otherwise it's great.

I agree that the Exposure Compensation dial should be executed.

I would be happy if they removed it.  I think dual user-programmable control dials are much better.  If Panasonic is going to insist of pandering to retro looks, at least put the dedicated exp comp dial in a location that doesn't block the rear control dial from its ergonomically ideal location.  On my GX9 I am often reaching for the dedicated exp comp dial when I an intending to use the rear control dial and it's very annoying.
