If this is GX7iv, it has to show clear improvement over mark iii (GX85), and able to compete with EM5iii, XT30, A6700..

G95 is disappointed in many ways so hope Pana learn lessons..

Riiiight. All this, including better EVF + battery life + more Fn buttons which all normally go hand in hand with larger size - not to mention price - with the same GX9 form factor and all that at 800$. You must be in marketing and have a hard time with engineers! And I have yet to mention a non-existent / not even in the planning stage PL 20mm F1.4...

I am with you @WhiteBeard, that is a tall order for a $800 camera body. I don't expect it to be less than $999 (US) at launch no matter what they do. I am just hoping for the rumored organic sensor with global shutter!! Would love to see the GX8 grip come back and a dedicated exposure comp dial rather than the stacked dial on the GX9. It would be possible if they used the GX9 button/dial layout in conjunction with the grip...just saying Other thing I would love to see is the Hi-Res mode, but if the new sensor is in there and is 8K capable, I could live without it. I am not a pixel-pepper but sure would love the latitude the extra resolution would afford me. Wouldn't mind a bigger view-finder either. I have the GX85 (which appears to be the same viewfinder as the GX9) and I find it a bit hard to use at times and I typically don't use the LCD for much other than displaying settings and photo review. On that note though, wouldn't mind an X-Pro 3 like rear LCD!! One can dream...
