Dark photos with A7R II

I've got a problem with my Sony A7R II.

I decided to try a couple of extension tubes with Sony FE 50mm f2.8 macro lens.

Attached tubes and tried to take a couple of photos.

Then I removed tubes and attached lens to the camera directly.

Now all my photos a extremely dark (basically its just a perfect black square).

But when Im focusing on the subject (green square on the screen) I see regular view, camera is focusing without any problem.

I tried to set AUTO ISO. Camera is trying to shut with ISO-6400.

I'm using just regular 1/100sec, f5.6 and ISO-100 and M mode on the camera.

Metered manual (MM) showing -2.0 (Im significantly underexposed)

Same problem in the S mode.

All lights in my room are on. Its pretty light here.

A mode and AUTO are working as always (perfect).

Maybe I set something incorrectly in the menu. Just can't find what is it.

I'm just a pure beginner (bought this camera a couple of weeks ago).

Please advise
