Helpful raptors

It is not often that raptors are accommodating in terms of "posing": this morning was a bit of an exception to this rule for me. While the light could have been better, the Red Tailed Hawk and Northern Harrier were about as helpful as one could ever hope for!

First the Red Tailed:

And then the Northern Harrier hunted up and down uncommonly close to the dyke:

I just loved this one: so typical Harrier!

And then some close low passes:

While not as close, I just liked this composition: lost in the cloudy sky:

I know it is a bit of a cliche but I really think these are worth viewing at original size.
