14 vs 12bit RAW when?

So, I found this thread, where it was discussed that appart from some noise filtering in RAW, Fuji delivers not 14bit, but 12 bit files when using some functions such as timelapse, maybe the fast CH modes and other, if I understand correctly.

Since Fuji mentions nothing about this topic in the manuals, has someone tested further when exactly Fujifilm files drop the RAW quality: What about the Bracketing Function or CM and CL drive? Is the only way to get 14bit to shoot one exposure at a time. Also what about long exposures above 30seconds? Mehanical vs Electronical shutter?

For comparison a page from SONY a6500 guide:

RAW images recorded with this camera have a resolution of 14 bits per pixel. However, resolution is limited to 12 bits in the following shooting modes:
[Long Exposure NR]
[BULB]
Continuous shooting (including continuous shooting in [Superior Auto] mode)
[Silent Shooting]
