Travel Kit for Ireland and Italy

I am putting together a kit to travel to Ireland in April and Italy in the fall and I am looking for advice on lens selection. Most of my wide-angle and portrait shooting will be with primes, and for longer shots I am considering buying a 70-200mm f/4 vs lugging my 80-200 2.8 in addition to possibly buying a 300mm PF f/4 and offloading my 300 f/4 D Here are some of the basics:

Body : Nikon D810 (Me), D7500 W/18-140 dx (Wife)

Tripod : MeFOTO Carbon Fiber Roadtrip Travel Tripod/Monopod (C135011T)

Bag : Atlas Athlete (L)

Lenses :

20/2.8D or 20/1.4

35/1.4g or 20-35/2.8D

85 1.4D

70-200/4G or 80-200/2.8D

300/4 PF or 300/4D if needed

I have geeked this into a spreadsheet that tallies the weight, volume, max/min F/, Filters sizes, etc.

I am open to suggestions, comments,
