Lightroom: Batch convert all my raw files to DNG ??

I want to batch convert all my raw files to DNG in Lightroom.
This seems like a good idea to do with the uncertain future in mind...?

I've found the place in the menu where I can select 'convert to DNG'.

BUT - here´s my question: How do I select only the raw files to convert - I have a lot of folders where jpegs and raw files are mixed.
And I feel I don't want to convert my jpegs, since I'm happy with them and with the smaller file size. Cause it would be larger with convert from jpeg to DNG right?

My folder structure is like this: LR pics/2018(one folder for each year)/2018-03-20 (one folder for each day of the year) and then the photos are in there.

I have about 70 000 images, but maybe only about half of them are raw files...

how long will this take btw? hours? i have an iMac from late 2012.

P.S. I don't want to do too many clicks if it's possible. Would be nice to be able to do this all in one go or at least year by year, I dont want to have to go through every single folder and select the specific raw there any way to avoid this but still select only the raw files and not jpegs ?
