Park and neighborhood pics from my bike
9

It has been a long time since I've posted any pictures from my bike while riding through my local parks an neiborhood. I'm not able to take as many pictures since it gets dark one hour earlier during daylight savings time. Here are a few pictures I took today, and a few others from last week.

I have a lot more pictures and will add a few more, if I get many comments or questions.

A coopers hawk (I think) standing on one leg.

An old male Iguana showing off its colors just before sunset.

A young Iquana in a palm tree, taken on my way home from the park

A Great Blue heron catching some sun rays. They seem to do this a lot.

Same GBH with someone on the baseball field in the background.

A limpkin in a tree.

Same limpkin looking the other way.

Just a squirrel shot, they are all over the place!

Since I see these burrowing owls every day. I figure I'd include one since there are a few people that like looking at them.

A stork next to a waterfall.

I looked up while riding my bike and saw this big brown thing in a tree, it was a bees nest!

A snowy white heron with a fountain in the background.

And finally, my first moon shot. Taken hand held with my camera held next to a hand rail. This is an extreme crop, but I think it came out OK using my FE70-300 G lens.  I'm sure the 200-600 could have done a better job.

Well... I hope you all like a few of them. Comments and critique is alway welcome.
