Decentering test
1

I decided to open the "Pandorra's box" and tried quick decentering test before dusk (chimney hunting from balcony) based on older article from great photography website https://phillipreeve.net/blog/how-to-check-how-decentered-your-lens-is/

I tried most of my lenses. Results are basically as expected, unfortunately also with disappointment with Sony 35mm 1.8 OSS, which stinked to me a little bit before test. The best is 50mm, others are 20mmf2,8 and 18-135mm, to which I can forgive some inconsistency due to compactness or zoom range.

Maybe somebody will be interested in this topic, so I share the results:

Sony 18-135 at 18mm, I forgot on heavy distortion correction at 18mm, so chimney is off...

Sony 18-135 at 135mm

Sony 20mm f2.8

Sony 35mm f1.8 OSS

Sony 50mm f1.8 OSS
