RAW vs CRAW

I been playing around with CRAW and my software doesn't seem to care (CaptureOne).

I understand CRAW is a compressed and lossy file vs regular RAW CR3 files where its lossless. The files are considerably smaller too. I haven't done any controlled studies but by my eye I can't can't see any difference. Again, this is just with a few test shots.

Am I ever going to be disappointed if I choose to shoot CRAW for everything? Yes disk space is cheap but cloud backup is not so much. I keep 2 local copies and 2 cloud based backups of all my images.

I use a 128gb and a 64gb cards, I'll never fill them up before I get a chance to do an offload. So that's not an issue. Thanks for any help...
