ISO blinking for no reason (?)

So I’m using M mode on my E-M10II with automatic ISO so (obviously) I can set aperture and shutter speed and ask the camera to choose appropriate ISO.

In Custom Menu E I have set ISO to Auto, ISO-Auto Set to High Limit 25,600 & Default 200, and ISO-Auto to All. That should cover everything thinks me.

Camera adjusts ISO appropriately but ISO indicator on the monitor flashes when ISO reaches 6400 or higher. It still takes the picture, and ISO seems to have been adjusted correctly. Just wondering why the flashing - is it just a “you are in a noise zone” warning?
