All with the 70-200

but I will look to find a newer used body with video and around 24MP. I will be able to use this for work as well then.

For the Canon the 7D mark two.  Hopefully others will chime in on Nikons, Also check for Ken Rockwell Reviews any you consider.

Are there decent lenses like a 70-200 made by other companies? Tamron, Signa,etc... I know there are more. Maybe I can find a cheaper one. Has to be under $400.

I don't know but the ones you consider see if Ken Rockwell has reviewed them.

I am going to start with a good used body first.
