a7r iv sd card recommendations for travel photography

In June I will be going on a five week trip to Slovenian and Croatia. I have only had a corrupt card once and that was well over twelve years ago, but I lost some great shots from a cruise vacation. For my trip I am thinking of setting up my second card slot as a backup because of this being a bucket list type vacation. I normally shoot raw but for this trip and for the a7r4 I am thinking of shooting jpgs and using raw only for shots I may want to do prints of or may need shadow highlight work. I think this will save time and space. I will take some videos as well. I will probably use APS-C mode as much as possible for shots that will mainly be shared over the net, which will be the vast majority of photos. This should save some space as well.

Obviously shooting fast action will not be a priority. I already have some very fast cards for action shooting. Storage will be a priority with the a7r4 so I am looking at 256gb cards. What cards or speed should be more than adequate for travel shooting? I know there are extra durable cards but I probably don't need to spend the extra money for this if I am using another card as a backup. My videos will mainly be for panning everything from city streets to mountain vistas. I am not sure how much speed is really needed to acquire good focus for general travel videos.
