EOS R or 5d mark 4
1

I've currently an 80d with 16-35L f4 is, 70-200L f4 is and sigma 15-600C, and I want to invest and switch to full-frame, and get an 24-70 f2.8

There are a lot of reviews and opinions out there and I spent hours reading them, but I'm still undecided between 5d mark 4 and EOS R. I'm ready to invest, but I would like to keep the new camera for a couple of years. I'm not a professional but passionate amateur. Mostly landscapes and some cities when I travel, wildlife and occasionally sports (my children
I also like the option to do 4k video (probably mostly wild animals and maybe some sports).

Mirror-less cameras are probably the long-term future and it may be better to switch now and start investing in RF lenses. But I'm concerned that I've to change the RF-EF adapter all the time if I want to use my 3 other lenses (or get several adapters ?)

Any recommendations or experiences from people who were in a similar situation, or even switched from 5d mark 4 to EOS R ?
