Being an owner of the M100 I would advise you choose the mark 1 M6 instead. Don't get me wrong, I really like the M100 (especially at the price I got it, 250 euros) but the fact that its front surface is completely flat offers very little in terms of grip. A 32mm 1.4 is on mine 99% of the time (I understand that it's a heavier and longer lens than the 22mm) and I've never been able to comfortably use it with one hand. I suppose it won't be so bad with the 22mm, but for one handed use I'd really appreciate a grip like the M6 has. It's also on sale for a very tempting price these days (even I'm considering selling my M100 and upgrading) and it also has a hot shoe which is always welcome (and I don't think the size difference with the M100 is that big).

I second this. The M6 with 22 is a great one-handed combination. I don't have the M100, but I do have the original M, which is a similar size. I added the Franiec grip to that, which improved the ergonomics greatly, but the M6 grip is definitely better for one-handed use.

As the length of a thread approaches 150, the probability that someone will make the obvious "it's not the camera, it's the photographer" remark approaches 1.
