M100/M200 one hand operation?

I used to own Ricoh GR and quiet liked it. When I focused more on my m4/3 system I sold that camera, thinking I can replace it with smaller system camera (GM1 with prime lens). As it turns out I don’t enjoy this camera nearly as much as I enjoyed GR. Last year I had short affair with fuji XF10 which I also liked, but its AF was somewhat unreliable for children photography during family outings. So I let it go. But it got me thinking why I enjoyed XF10 and GR much more, than Panasonic GM1 and Sony RX100v. So I compared cameras in question and it comes to height/size of a camera and ability to use it single handedly. Using camerasize comparison tool I see that M200 body height is similar to XF10. So I suspect I might found adequate replacement camera for family outings. I would pair M100 or 200 with 22mm f2 pancake. My questiin is if this combo is comfortable to use with one hand, or should I look elsewhere? I own two small cameras, but due to ergonomics I don’t enjoy using them. Thank you for your opinion.
